The vision of entrepreneur Gualtiero Cualbu became reality in just three years, culminating in a remarkable architectural structure that soars 15 floors and reaches a height of 62 metres.The project began in 2000, when the company took over an existing building originally intended for a different purpose. With the collaboration of the Planarch studio from Rome, architect Martuscelli, and consulting architect Piva, the T Hotel—described by Mr. Cualbu as “a gift to the city”—officially opened in 2005.
